The VPLT Remuneration Study 2022/23 collected representative data on remuneration and fringe benefits in the event technology industry. In addition to data on the employment structure and the form and amount of remuneration in the media and event technology industry in Germany, there is also information on weekly working hours, age structures, key employment groups, remuneration of trainees, total number of training places, benefits in kind, vacation days, night allowances, child bonuses, company affiliation, capital-forming benefits, subsidized further training measures, different departments or regions. The VPLT presents some examples of the results and trends of the study and classifies the future potential for action.
