Brands in a festival environment: authentic brand activation and emotionalization through live events

Manuel Heidemann is Brand Activation Manager of the GIZEH Raucherbedarf GmbH brand and Brand Marketing/Partnership Manager of the Ferdinands Feld Festival. On the corporate side, he has been managing the extensive festival and consumer activations of various brands (GIZEH, CLIPPER, MARIE) of the Gummersbach-based smoking accessories group since 2015. As co-organizer of the Ferdinands Feld Festival, he is responsible for brand management and brand partnerships. Today, the Ferdinands Feld Festival is one of the largest electronic music festivals in northwestern Germany.
