He is the founder and principal consultant of the events consultancy James Morgan Associates. He is also an advisor to the Riyadh Exhibitions Company, the oldest exhibition organizer in Saudi Arabia.
He recently became Dean of the International Tourism and Hospitality College in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has over 30 years of experience in event design and management. He developed the world's first MA in Event Design for the University of Westminster in London. He holds a PhD in Tourism Development and Destination Regeneration. He is also the founder of the non-profit Event Tech Lab, a partnership community for event technology companies, event professionals and investors.
