Prof. Dr Mandy Risch-Kerst, lawyer and specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and specialist lawyer for information technology law (IT law), founder of EVENTLawyers - a law firm cooperation for IT, IP and commercial law - has focused exclusively on providing legal advice to the event, security and creative industries based in Berlin for over 20 years. As a cooperation lawyer for various professional associations, she accompanies well-known event organisers, companies, agencies, authorities, artists and, above all, public event venues through analogue and digital event organisation and teaches as an honorary professor in business and IT law at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. Since 2020, she has been managing director of the interdisciplinary GAIUS Institute and, as a specialist in AI law, conducts research with a nationwide team of scientists in the field of digital future technology and innovative corporate management.
