Digital communication is part of everyday communication within teams and project members. We use it as a matter of course and as a matter of routine. And yet we are all familiar with them: bad briefings, online meetings that get out of hand and one misunderstanding after another in messengers and emails. Why is that? Digital communication channels have their own psychological rules. If you don't know them, you conjure up unnecessary conflicts. Where digital communication is supposed to relieve and optimize, today it is increasingly an additional burden of wrong conclusions, unwanted emotionalization and extra work. This presentation introduces a few basic communication models and theories and provides helpful tips on digital interaction.
