Event manager - Why, why, why?

The term "event manager" originates primarily from the Ordinance on Places of Assembly. According to this, the tasks of the event manager can be assumed by the operator or organizer - as is so often the case, the Model Ordinance on Places of Assembly assumes classic places of assembly and their operation. However, a corresponding function must also be defined for every event outside of places of assembly in order to establish clear responsibilities.

Using practical examples, we will show what responsibility this function entails, why you should not be afraid of it and why it is important to clearly define this function for every event.


The target group for this presentation are people who bear responsibility on the operator side and employees of agencies who are responsible for projects.
